CX Practitioner & Operational Architect
CX Practitioner & Operational Architect
I’ve spent my entire career in client-facing roles serving enterprise, mid-scale, and small business clients. I love working with clients and customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes.
With an eye for organization, I've become passionate about customer success and product operations. My specialty lies in my ability to identify and resolve breakdowns in process and communication, improving organizational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
I got my start with a marketing technology startup at the dawn of social media. I quickly grew fond of the creativity involved in marketing and have spent many years in in full-service, branding, and content agencies serving clients in tourism, automotive, and real estate.
I am interested in mid to senior-level customer experience and product operations roles in technology-driven organizations where I'm able to utilize my expertise in leadership, project management, customer success, and business process improvement.
I have come to excel working in roles at the intersection of customer experience, operations, and project management, particularly in remote environments. With a fast-moving mind, I love roles that expose me to multiple different aspects of a business. I also love being able to work directly with clients, especially small businesses.
Previous coworkers have said I am:
• All in
• Organized
• Dedicated
• Growth-minded
• Engineering
• Fast
I am an avid lover of technology and enjoy learning and mastering new tools. Most recently, my tech stack of choice is HubSpot, Slack, Confluence, Jira, and Asana. I am currently learning Salesforce, Monday.com, and ChatGPT.
On the marketing side, I have enough experience to be dangerous with tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Looker, WordPress, MailChimp, and Funnel.
After spending my freshman year at Saint Louis University, I transferred to and graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Tourism & Events Management.
While at George Mason University, I was fortunate to spend a summer studying Italian Media, Society and Culture in Milan, Italy with GMU's Global Education Office.
Outside of work, you can find me traveling to faraway places, going to concerts, baking treats, and enjoying time with my husband, my family, and our two pups, Fluff and Noodle. I also enjoy snowboarding (actually, falling on snowboards) and flexing my (amateur) photography skills with my beloved Fujifilm.
